here 1. Buy a copy of Windows 7.
2. Reformat/wipe hard drive of current operating system.
3. Reinstall Windows 7.
4. Update Windows 7.
Problem solved.
However, as great as an operating system Windows 7 is, I’m not sure if Microsoft is still supporting it…just something to be aware of. If you choose not to revert to 7, then I’d recommend installing Windows 10. Don’t bother with Windows 8…it sucks @$$.
