If you are 18 or over, open an account somewhere. Any bank, could even be an online bank like Ally. Deposit the checks there, and your money will be available in a few days. I know you said that you don’t like banks, but this would be a chance to have a debit card attached to the account, and get started with fee-free debit cards, and to develop good habits and savings for your eventual credit card.
If you are age 14-17, ask your parents to open an account for you at their bank. You can deposit the checks there, and spend or draw out cash on a debit card, as above.
Under age 14, ask your parents to cash the checks for you.
