Yes I do take ballet I think of it as a great way to stay in shape and also learn discipline. It also help with posture,control, and the biggest benefit is the fact that you’re learning ballet. It’s such an amazing thing to do and for me personally, an emotional and physical outlet. OH and its ballet that helps you with and inspires all other dance styles like contemporary, lyrical ,jazz etc
