What route is there to upgrade a single computer from Windows 8.1 Enterprise to Windows 10 professional?
There is no supported route to upgrade from Enterprise to Pro and if you are having a problem upgrading will not fix it. I would fix the issue in 8.1. If you still want Pro you will need to wipe and clean install
